リビア東部で9月10日より降り続いた大雨による洪水で被災されました皆さまに、心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

また、この度の洪水により‘いのち’を落とされた方々のご冥福をお祈り申し上げますとともに、犠牲になられたご遺族に謹んでお悔やみ申し上げます。

更には、未だに安否不明となられている方々の一刻も早い救出と、救出活動に従事されている方々の安全を願っております。

被災地の１日も早い復興と、被災者の方々の生活が早く回復されますよう、心よりお祈り申し上げます。

Condolences for the victims of the floods in Libya

We would like to express heartfelt sympathy to everyone affected by the September 10 flood caused by the heavy rain that has been falling recently in eastern Libya.

In addition,  we pray for the souls of those who lost their lives due to this flood, and express my sincere condolences to the bereaved families.

We hope for quick rescue of those still unaccounted for and the safety of those engaged in rescue activities.

From the bottom of our hearts we pray that the disaster area will be rebuilt without delay and the lives of the victims restored as soon as possible.
